What counts as an "emergency"?
Any situation where you need pallets faster than our standard 24-48 hour delivery. If you need pallets today, it is an emergency to us.
Is there a minimum order for emergency service?
No minimum quantity. We will deliver 1 pallet or 500 with the same urgency. The emergency fee is per delivery, not per pallet.
What payment is required for emergency orders?
Credit card payment at time of order for new customers. Corporate accounts can use their normal billing terms.
What if you don't have what I need in stock?
We'll tell you immediately. We can often source from partners for next-day delivery, or help you find alternatives that we do have in stock.
Can I track my emergency delivery?
Yes! You'll receive real-time updates via text including driver location and ETA.
