What areas do you serve?

We serve the entire New York metropolitan area including all five boroughs (Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island), Long Island, Westchester, and parts of New Jersey and Connecticut.

What are your business hours?

We're open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We're closed on Sundays.

How long have you been in business?

NY Pallet Solutions has been serving New York businesses since 1998 - over 25 years of experience in the pallet industry.

Buying Pallets

What types of pallets do you sell?

We offer Grade A (premium), Grade B (standard), and Grade C (economy) pallets. We also provide heat-treated pallets for international shipping and custom pallets built to your specifications.

What is the difference between Grade A, B, and C pallets?

Grade A pallets are like-new with no repairs. Grade B pallets have minor repairs but are fully functional. Grade C pallets have multiple repairs and are best for single-use applications.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes! We offer significant discounts for bulk orders. The more pallets you order, the lower the per-unit price. Contact us for a custom quote.

What sizes are available?

Our most common size is the standard 48" x 40" GMA pallet, but we carry many sizes and can build custom pallets to any dimension.

Selling Pallets

What condition pallets do you buy?

We buy pallets in all conditions - from excellent to damaged. Even broken pallets have value as we can repair or recycle them.

How do you determine the price for used pallets?

Prices depend on condition, quantity, size, and current market rates. We provide fair, transparent pricing based on these factors.

Do you pick up pallets?

Yes! We offer free pickup for larger quantities. For smaller amounts, you can drop them off at our Brooklyn facility.

How do I get paid?

We pay on pickup - either cash or check, your choice. For regular customers, we can also set up invoicing.

Services

What is heat treatment and do I need it?

Heat treatment eliminates pests per ISPM-15 standards. It's required for shipping wooden pallets to most international destinations including the EU, Australia, China, and many others.

Can you repair my pallets?

Yes! Our repair services can extend the life of your pallets at a fraction of replacement cost. We can replace boards, fix stringers, and restore functionality.

Do you offer recycling services?

Absolutely. We responsibly recycle old pallets into wood chips, mulch, and biomass fuel. We can provide recycling certificates for your records.

Delivery & Pickup

How quickly can you deliver?

We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 10 AM. Standard delivery is next business day. Rush service is available for urgent needs.

Is there a minimum order for delivery?

Delivery is free for orders over $500. Smaller orders may have a delivery fee depending on location.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes, our trucks are GPS-equipped and we can provide estimated arrival times. For regular customers, we offer access to our tracking portal.

Payment & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. For established business customers, we offer net-30 terms upon credit approval.

Do you provide quotes?

Yes! All quotes are free with no obligation. Contact us with your requirements and we'll provide a detailed quote within 24 hours.

Are your prices negotiable?

For large orders or ongoing contracts, we're happy to discuss pricing. Volume and loyalty are always rewarded.
