Is there a long-term commitment?
No long-term contracts required. Month-to-month storage with 30-day notice to withdraw. We also offer discounted rates for 6 and 12-month commitments.
How do I access my stored pallets?
Request delivery through your account, by phone, or email. We can deliver same-day for requests before noon, next-day for later requests.
What if some of my pallets are damaged?
We'll note condition upon receipt. We can repair them while in storage or simply store as-is - your choice.
Can I store pallets I bought elsewhere?
Of course! We store any pallets regardless of where you purchased them.
How do you count and track inventory?
Pallets are counted on receipt, and we provide monthly inventory reports. Each storage customer has dedicated stacking locations.
