1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of NY Pallet Solutions ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

NY Pallet Solutions provides pallet buying, selling, repair, recycling, and transportation services. All services are subject to availability and these terms.

3. Orders and Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Payment is due as specified in your invoice or quote
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

4. Product Quality

Pallets are sold according to their specified grade:

  • Grade A: Like-new condition, no repairs
  • Grade B: Minor repairs, fully functional
  • Grade C: Economy grade, multiple repairs

Customers should inspect pallets upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Customer is responsible for providing safe, accessible delivery locations
  • Additional fees may apply for difficult access or wait times
  • Risk of loss passes to customer upon delivery

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for pallets that do not match their specified grade. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

7. Liability Limitations

NY Pallet Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific products or services in question.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NY Pallet Solutions from any claims arising from your use of our products or services.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brooklyn, New York.
