ISPM-15 is an international phytosanitary standard that requires wood packaging materials to be treated to eliminate pests. Heat treatment (HT) or methyl bromide fumigation (MB) are approved methods.
How can I verify your pallets are certified?
Every pallet has a visible ISPM-15 stamp with our certification number. We can also provide certificates of treatment for your records.
Can you deliver directly to the port?
Yes, we deliver to all NY/NJ area ports including Port Newark, Port Elizabeth, Red Hook, and Howland Hook.
What is the lead time for export pallets?
Standard export pallets are available same-day or next-day. Custom sizes or large quantities may require 2-3 days.
Do you offer fumigation instead of heat treatment?
We focus on heat treatment as it is more environmentally friendly and accepted by all countries. Some destinations that still require fumigation can be accommodated.
